The Executive, Training & Development supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of training programs to help employees improve their skills, performance, and professional growth. The role focuses on organizing training sessions, tracking learning progress, and assisting in the development of training materials.
Staff Engagement & Activities
Support the planning and execution of employee engagement and recognition programs (e.g., annual celebrations, staff contests, team-building initiatives etc.)
Coordinate procurement, logistics, and inventory related to employee activities, including giveaways, decorations, recognition tokens, and post-event recaps.
Maintain accurate records of staff activities, participation, and feedback.
Propose and maintain a monthly content calendar for internal social platforms and communication channels.
Create and post engaging visual and written content for internal platforms to promote activities and boost employee engagement.
Training Support
Assist in organizing new hire orientation sessions, including venue setup, materials preparation, attendance tracking, and communication with departments.
Support the logistics and scheduling of in-house training programs, workshops, and e-learning rollouts.
Coordinate with facilitators, internal speakers, and vendors to ensure seamless training delivery.
Maintain training records and databases to track attendance, compliance, and evaluation outcomes.
Prepare and update training communications, reminders, and feedback summaries.
Support the implementation and promotion of digital learning platforms and transformation initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Education, or related field is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs, preferably in the hospitality or gaming industry.
Fluent in English both verbal and written.
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with heads of divisions.
Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in training tools, e-learning platforms, design tools, and other training technologies is a plus.
