Officer, Workforce is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining an effective workforce management system. Besides, this role is also responsible for accurate time and attendance record for employees. Using this data to forecast and planning of labor scheduling. Support Supervisor in their daily tasks to make sure all assignment is well delivered and in a timely manner.
1. Time Attendance and Leave Managing:
Process and ensure the accuracy of full-time employee and Casual Time and Attendance in Workforce system.
Maintain and update all types of leave to ensure accuracy of leave in the workforce system.
Prepare and accurate monthly leave balance report and other reports following the request from time to time by Line Manager and Department.
2. Scheduling & Allocation:
Create optimal work schedules, manage leave requests, and ensure adequate coverage to ensure business demand and the other requirements adherence.
Effective management and problem solving on any issues relating to last minute changes in business requirements.
3. Workforce Planning & Analysis
Collect historical trends and forecast head count needs and optimized scheduling.
Analyze and interpret past and current workload data to determine staffing needs, create accurate schedules and ensure business demands are met.
Plan for the impact of gaming & non-gaming campaigns, and seasonality to ensure adequate staffing for anticipated workloads.
Analyze intra-day, daily, weekly and monthly results, including documentation of reporting requirements for new and revisions to existing reports.
4. Other General Duties:
Ensure all employees receive prompt, efficient and courteous answers at all times including verbal. communication and written communication.
Act in accordance with and administer established policies and procedures appropriately.
Comply with all the Company's regulations and policies from time to time (including, but not limited to Internal Labor Regulations, Code of Conduct, Internal policies).
Other duties as may be required from time to time by Line Manager and Head of Division.

At least 2 years experience in Workforce or related background
Bachelor’s Degree in Economic and/or Data Analysis major is preferred.
Fluent in English communication (both written & spoken);
Experience in workforce management processes and tools, reporting and analysis, problem/issue identification, documentation, tracking and resolution.
Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills and strong customer-service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette
Ability to make decisions and exercise good judgment in a complex and rapidly changing environment
Capability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and learn and retain new or evolving information and procedures
High level of integrity and professionalism, accountable and reliable
Strong attention to detail
Ability to utilize problem-solving techniques
