Product information knowledge of Hoiana Resort & Golf
Meet and greet patrons at the airport and accompany patrons on outings when required
Knowledge and awareness of gaming related promotions and assist patrons with related enquiries
Develop and maintain rapport with guests coworkers and other departments and respond to customer questions inquiries complaints requests and feedback in a timely manner
Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls policies and procedures
Maintain a presence in gaming related areas whether on floor or in VIP Services counters
Present a pleasant friendly and welcoming attitude at all times
Assist in executing property events and promotions in a professional manner
Carry out instructions and directives from Supervisor VIP Services and above diligently
Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Prior experience in a similar position is strongly preferred
Proficient in writing speaking reading and listening of Korean or Mandarin
Knowledge in Table Games Baccarat and Roulette and Slot Machines is advantageous
Able to be on your feet for extended periods of time and must have exceptional customer service skills and possess a can-do attitude
Be able to work flexible hours
Be customer service oriented or have prior experience in the service industry especially within the airline and hospitality industry
Neat and professional grooming and appearance
Minimum High school diploma or equivalent
