Report to Transport Manager of VIP Services and the focus of this position is to deliver cost-effective and compliant transport operations for customers. Provide effective communication, leadership, motivation, training a development in such a way that the operational effectiveness of the business is maintained, and that all daily targets are met.
Ensure the team achieves the performance targets required and contributes to the achievement of service levels.
Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Facilitate effective communication between themselves, their team, their peers, and the Management Team.
Monitor and control attendance policy and scheduling.
Keep immediate superiors appraising any problems or potential problems.
Train, monitor and supervise drivers and provide back up support to driver position.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Previous experience in a related field preferred. Experience In Guests Service/Hospitality would have added advantage.
Language skills: Ability to read, write and communicate basic English language is mandatory. Second preferred language – Korean or Chinese
Reasoning Ability: Able to apply common sense understanding to help the Guests and answer their questions.
